Good (kind of) to hear. From searching forums/google about the Slider's battery life, I gathered that it was normal... I've put a ticket into Virgin Mobile, and will try to remember to follow up here for future Google search queries...

My phone was at 100 % at 2:00 pm it is now 11:53 pm and it's at 47% I have been listing to music most of the day with out plugging it in. 3g and Wi-Fi have been on as well. (Just so you have an idea on what the battery life should be)

My phones older and I've damaged some cells in the battery. I need a new battery but I'm still getting a full day charge with normal usage.

just flashed arearom 2.1 and whenever i connect the usb cable the phone goes the lg startup screen and cannot be used. happens if i connect to computer or power supply.

this is a question first off i just flashed this rom on my optimus slider and i love it the only fault i see is that my physical menu and home buttons are reversed (home is menu and menu is home) any way to fix this other than that love the rom

I flashed this rom on my optimus slider all works fine after i flashed gingerkernal over top but it still says wrong model of phone in about phone area.Anyone know how to fix that?

PLEASE HELP! i followed these steps exactly, i reloaded my phone and when the lg image came up it stayed there another restart got me to the tracfone splash then it was stuck again. i rebooted in recovery and did a system restore now im stuck in fastboot mode. is this a permanent brick or is there a possible solution here?

Read the OP, it's only for Net 10, Straight Talk, and with the proper kernel Virgin Mobile. You'll have to flash a compatible Rom through recovery


If you can't get to your recovery follow these steps: {pending till I get to a computer}

Sorry, I don't much experience with the slider, but does this rom work on the slider? Or would there be a button remapping issue? Thanks!
