ROM Manager/Clockwork Mod

Downloaded the free version of ROM Manager from the market and went to try and download a rom and it's telling me I need to have Clockwork recovery installed. I know that it do, i just checked it. I rooted with Unrevoked3 and Forever....am I missing something here?

But what's the difference? Just different versions? I really like to know what I'm about to do to my phone so I'll have a better how to undo it (if possible) and so I can watch the Verizon tech guys face when I tell him exactly what I did!!

no difference...it just doesnt register with clockwork atm

You can trust ROM Manager. If it says to do something, or you do something with it, it's not doing anything malicious.

kind of or topic but if i use rom manager to install a mod from the sd card can i put it anywhere on the sd card or does it have to go some place specific?
