[ROM] Reborn ROM v2.1 5/13/11

Download link IS working fine.
Wiped everything, and installed via recovery. This rom looks amazing. Love the icons and transparency, and black status bar, white clock, etc.. It's running great. As a few people have noted, the TWS application is not running at boot. Swype is the default keyboard and not the HTC_IME. Im not sure which was intended to be the default.
Wifi works
Bluetooth works (turned it on, didn't pair with anything)
Rotating works (it's disabled for the homescreen)
Proximity Sensor works
Mounting/Unmounting SD works
Buttons are mapped correctly (pressing the home button will not open app drawer, but will close it. This might be intended. I normally use LauncherPro)
Everything appears to be working
Members: Default CPU speeds 245/748. You might want to bump up the lowend if you follow mmarz battery test thread.
Edit: For Devs: Not sure if you are interested, but here is a a logcat/pastebin of my boot.

One thing. I replace msgin and browser icon with chompsms and dolphin, but at reboot both of these revert back to the stock icons and apps

Is there a way to uninstall live wallpaper and gallery, same with swype? This is the first time i've encountered a rom where I uninstalled these and on reboot, they return. Great rom overall, smooth.
TWS thing should be easy. I'll check it out in a bit. The default keyboard was left as swype on purpose. The HTC one is far superior though IMHO
The home button will always return to the 3rd, or middle screen unless you are already there. A good example is, from your home screen scroll all the way to the very first screen, now hit the home button. Takes you back to screen 3. This is true from any screen except the 3rd or middle screen.

Not sure if anyone noticed. But this rom does support init.d scripts. Most here do not, so that is a plus!
Note to Devs: In the next release, can you include e2fsck (plus libs),tune2fs, mke2fs binaries? This way members can mess around with their ext partitions, apps2ext script's out of the box. These were pulled from AOSP 2.3.3 (4/15/2011)

Oh, thought this was kernel based and it works without anything needing to be done on my end with the Bumblebee kernel...guess I was wrong lol. Thanks for the heads up. I just went back to rod/bb for the time being. I'm lazy.
It works just fine with the ThunderC recovery. Wiped, and installed with no errors.
I'm now switching from AOSP's CWM 3.x to Xionia CWMA because I hear it has Edify + Amend support. I'm sick of having to convert scripts just to flash a froyo ROM.
Then I'll flash this. I'm still worried because I've used the same recovery since day 1 and haven't had a problem. Switching recoveries can be risky. In other words: "If it isn't broken, don't break it."

cool i like thunderc one of the main reason i never flashed asop and stayed with rodimus this will be my first switch of roms or was it possible to flash asop with thunderc takenover?
Yes the Optimus V did ship with swype. It worked perfect for me as soon as I loaded this ROM and was set to default. I chose to switch to the HTC IME keyboard that you included because I like it better and it takes up less of the screen than swype did. Thank you for including that by the way.
