EDIT: Also, is it safe to uninstall Swype and the HTC keyboard via Titanium? I just like the stock FroYo keyboard, so I pulled that .apk from the old ThundeROM thread. :-/

I can say from experience, yes.
Also if you are removing the htc keyboard you can uninstall the Clicker.apk aswell if you see it.

What do you guys want to see in the next update? It's really not for me because I don't use my optimus anymore. Feel free to request anything.

Maybe make /cache a bit bigger? Seems I have a lot of space in /system and /data, but /cache fills up and I can't download and install anything new. This space is eaten up by the dalvik-cache, not app cache files.

Yes, I download way too many apps!

Maybe the keyboard is in the way on the screen. Click the phone's "back" button to drop the keyboard.

i've done that, I just hope I get it, because my husband will be pissed, since he's not into the flashing stuff at all, but I'm still working with. Before I flashed it, he showed me his email and it had a box for domain, now I don't see that at all. Is the email apart of the Sprint apps, to download?

i even tried to corporate email, exchange, after I enter my info, it want highlight for next either, I'm clueless, manual setup want highlight either, is there an app for that, lol that I can use to set up his work email. Yeah I got it finally.

at first it wasn't working for me but after inputting your email address and password try pushing the "enter" button in the email field and/or password field

Sorry to ask this if it was already discussed, but I am getting denied on sprint football and sprint nascar. Says I am not a sprint user. I really dont use these apps but just want to know if there is a way around this ? Thanks and love the rom and the themes and the colored dialers.

I made the nandroid back-up, did the wipes and the phone rebooted before I could flash the rom?
I'm using clockwork mod
I can see the nandroid when I plug my phone on my sd card, how do I use it to get back to where I was originally?

I'm sorry this is in conjunction with the post above. I appear to be back at factory settings. I lost all my apps. I still have the superuser app plus the factory apps I got when purchasing the phone.

Reboot back to recovery. Flash the rom. And then you'll have to install all your apps

Nick7, please include the ext2.ko, ext3.ko and ext4.ko modules if you are building a special Reborn kernel. They are needed for Link2SD, Data2SD, and various other apps that use a second sdcard partition. Thanks for all your selfless hard work.

I'm pretty sure the latest picasticks kernel includes those modules. Take a look.

Picasticks v7 says that it includes them but I flashed it into Reborn 2.0 and they were not present in the module directory (which is strange because that was the reason v7 was made.) Zefies' v13 experimental does include them and that is what I am running Reborn 2.0 on now.They could be installed but would have to be installed by an init.d script before the sdext partition is mounted and this would have to be redone every time a new ROM was installed.

Also, I noticed that when I reboot to recovery I have a triangle with an ! in the middle. From reading the threads I've noticed there should be a box with an arrow coming out.

Also, the only options I have in recovery are:
reboot system now
apply sdcard:update.zip
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition

Is this correct?

Thats the stock recovery.....Try doing it again in the terminal emulator make sure you type "su" to get superuser access....Go slow and you should be fine....
