I mean no disrespect, but v2 of this ROM is really performing poorly on my phone. I wiped dalvik and cache before flashing over v1 of this ROM (which has worked perfectly for me so far). After rebooting back in to system, the phone was extremely unresponsive. Several times I had to remove the battery because neither the top button nor the home button would wake the phone up (neither normal nor long presses). When the phone was awake, the response time between pressing either a physical button or the touchscreen and the action taking place would be 5-10 seconds. Additionally, it would mostly alternate between not finding a signal and being on 1x, when I've always gotten consistent 3G at this location before.
I've tried reflashing over top (ie flashing v2 overtop of existing v2) to see if that would help, but it did not.
Is it normal that I'd get a hands-free activation message when flashing a new version of a ROM over top of an old one? I didn't think it was, but the last time I flashed a ROM I did a full wipe to go from Nameless or Reborn to v1 of this ROM.
Anyway, hopefully it is something specific to my phone that is the problem, and I'd be happy to help troubleshoot, but at this time I've reverted to my nandroid backup of v1.
Again, I mean no disrespect. I love what you do and the dev community in general and am glad that you are still working on this phone.
EDIT: It appears that I was a little impatient. If I wait about 10 minutes after a reboot, things seem to be settled down and working properly. I have to wait a lot longer after reboot for the phone to be completely responsive than in ROMs past, but that's not a big deal to me since I rarely reboot my phone. The last time I rebooted my phone prior to v2 of this ROM was in the beginning of May when v1 of the ROM came out.
