I tried your first version of this and my quadrant score was in the 400's, I went back to Megatron which doesn't have TMobile in it yeah. Is the final version faster?

It is a little faster, but the biggest difference is that megatron has stagefright enabled & is overclocked by default. Flash the deluxe build.prop from further down the page and download overclock widget from the market & overclock your phone, and this will be as fast as or faster than megatron.

thanks for all your amazing work on our optimus t's. ive been talking with beezy about making my phone stand up and walk by itself lol . i have oc'd and raised to about 1000 give or take at times, im wondering if this full rom would give me better performance all around,. i have not flashed a full rom yet,. im using bits and pices to make my set up custom to me. but i still want more speed and stability , would this be a good route, ?

If it was me, I would flash this, then steal what you like from it, it's always better to make your setup custom because you won't use your phone the same way I do, so you shouldn't have the same setup I do.

so far i've seen much better performance using it in conjunction with the deluxe build.prop

quick question though: is there any way to fix the force closing of the "power off" app when the phone is shut down? i know you stated it should only happen once, but after several reboots, i still have the same issue.

It happens every 4 or 5 times I power off, so I didn't notice it at first, but that's really the only way to have it, if you delete the poweroff.apk completely, the phone won't shut down. Next release I may just have a custom shutdown instead of removing it, I'm not sure yet.

How do you flash it? Everytime I try to flash it, it says it cant install

Hi im completely new to this whole rom thing and well im very pleased with this. This is my first rom flash and everything went according to plan. I do have a few questions and conerns. First of all the oc kernal how do i utilize that any and all oc apps i use continue to keep me at 600. Next the notification window, when downloading, stays black i mean it does show the download bar but no text and also the facebook is essentially the same way. Other than that it runs smooth, oh almost forgot it fc everytime i turn my phone off.
i would like to try with other roms but joemom link is broken and theres another one but the link is also broken.

Welcome to the forums! As for Roms specific to the Optimus T, this happens to be the only true dedicated Rom available. Your only other option would be to try running a custom Optimus One (P500) Rom. Here are 3 good options: Megatron, Void, and Devoid. I would recommend staying with Ubuntdroid, for obvious reasons, since it's a well maintained Rom and the guys working on this project are good about helping to get things sorted as soon as humanly possible. Check out their site @ home of ubuntdroid.

sasquash, please elucidate. SetCPU crashes immediately on boot, and doesn't show anything higher than 800Mhz during setup. Even 1200 would work. =)

I can only go up to 750.

Can anyone get Wiimote Controller to work on this? I'm having trouble as it always say Bluetooth unavailable. Any help would be great!

This is an awesome rom but when i hit the search button on my phone it takes me to my call logs and when i do a hard press it takes me to voice dialing..is there a way to fix/change that? I want to be able to hit the search button and go to google search...it worked with previous roms...any help would be great thanks!
