Rookie question. How do I get video onto N7 from Mac?

My Nexus 7 doesn't show up on my iMac regardless of the USB setting. So I haven't figured out how I transfer a video from the Mac.

Music and podcasts transfer wirelessly through doubleTwist. But for videos, doubleTwist asks to connect via USB.

Download android file transfer. It will work via usb

You can also use one of the cloud based file services like Google Drive, Box, DropBox

Or you can try TuneSync. It works similarly to DoubleTwist, and will sync wirelessly as well. It will sync pretty much anything you choose from your iTunes, including video.
