Root and Company Email

With a rooted phone will I still get my company email sent to my phone?

I've never had an issue setting up my company exchange email with rooted phones so I think you will be fine. I've also used email apps that had the security requirements removed with no issues, although you could potentially get reprimanded/fired for doing that.

Having root access won't change your phone other than giving you permissions on your device akin to being administrator on a pc. Unless you flash with a custom ROM then that's a different story.
