I flashed it but if i unflash will my warranty still be voided? also the market is missing some apps like Homerun Battle 3d (paid). What do i do if i bought this and want it?

Make sure you have done an app backup. Use Titanium Backup and you wont have to worry about it anymore. Especially now that HB 3d seems to be non english, at least in my market place it is.
