here is a link to upgrade to ICS 4....its version 6.16.211 which is
the official version release by Verizon
Matt has a awesome Droid Razr utility 1.7 that will help move to ICS and afterwards you
can either root it or stay on stock without root.
the utility will still root device even if you are already on ICS
it works like a charm if you follow the directions correctly.
I worked for me on the first try.
also you may have to setup a droidrzr account if you don't already have one to view and buy
him a beer if you can this is great.
