Root methods??!

Z4root wont work on my phone.. or at least I don't think it will. I also can't access the windows partition on my Mac anymore. Anyone have suggestions? Of course you guys do. You're geniuses.

Z4 hasn't worked for me after multiple tries on 3 different Fascinates after upgrading to DL09. I've just gone back to the one click method on my PC.

Keep them separate for now, since there are different ways of going about it. As far as I know Cory's method still works.

I wasn't implying that it wasnt, i was just thinking of merging the whole post in. as to eliminate threads but i imagine mac has its own set of issues. ill just add a link to his thread for mac users

Well, I'd love to root it using a Mac, but my Mac doesn't recognize my phone anymore.

It doesn't need the SD card to mount, ADB will still work. Give it a try
