Root or Root application causing phone to crash from lack of RAM

So for the past 3 days or so, my phone has been freezing on a black screen after around 5 minutes after it boots up. So i looked at the RAM and saw that it was going up and not going down at all. So i uninstalled root and the problem was fixed. Then, because i had Freedom (IAP Cracker) i wasnt able to log in to my google account after i unrooted and i wasnt able to solve the problem with out rerooting. So i rerooted my phone and the problem is back. I would like to be able to use my phone along with my google account, but the phone is unusable in its current state. Anyone have any suggestions?
