Hi guys, I'm a complete noob so be gentle. IN fact, I don't even have the thunderbolt yet, but May5th I will have two.
I've read the how to guide for rooting and looked at some cool themes and what everyone else is doing. I know that this will take some time to get things the way I like them. Here's the questions (and if hey are already answered, just point me to them).
1) Do you have to root to change themes? Or do you have to flash the ROM to change themes? The info I've found suggests that this is the case.
2) Is there a how-to for developing your own wallpapers, icons, themes?
3) Is a theme fundamentally different than just changing the wallpaper and icons? Can you chance the icons without a theme?
somewhat unrelated, but it seems there will be a skype update coming soon... if he phone is rooted will skype still be able to update?
