Root w/ Unrecover says "Done" but don't see Clockwork

Followed this guide to the letter: Howto: Root the HTC Droid Incredible - Technology - Jonamerica.com

Then after Unrevoked(latest version) said "Done", the phone rebooted but back to my regular home screen not clockwork recovery. So did it not "take" or work? Should I try everything again?

The only thing I noticed different is Windows XP made me install the drivers again after they successfully installed the first time. It popped up as a new device after I rebooted the phone from HBOOT because that guide I posted above said the phone must be fully booted before running Unrevoked

The easiest thing to do is download ROM Manager from the market and press 'flash clockworkmod recovery.' If it works, you're good to go. If not, retry the process.
