Co-worker has decided that she wants to root this phone. Yes I know it is old...but are there any helps for rooting this phone?

im new to the mod game..but i just rooted my epic 4g touch with FRAMAROOT and it was simple. took maybe 1 min..no kidding.. search it on here or XDA or youtube..hope this helps
