Rooted--Added CM7--HELP!

I rooted my evo from stock to the CM7 and now I want to get all my information back, data wise. I backed up all the apps using titanium back up and ClockworkMod Recovery, but I dont know how to recover. Hate to sound like a noob, but the last thing i want to do is brick this bad boy. Help me out. Step by Step instructions would be awesome.

Hey toast, just open titanium backup and restore your apps with data.

if you want to go back to your old ROM, you need to boot into recovery. with the device off, hold hte power and volume down buttons until you see the recovery boot screen. go through the menu to restore and find your nandroid b/u.

If you are trying to restore apps and data - then just open Ti b/u and select the apps you want restore. make sure you check both app and data.

Note that several of the original apps from your Sense based ROM will not work in CM7, and vice versa.
