Now what the hell to do with it?? is there a root cheat sheet on installing roms and commands? thanks a lot to gbhil on the root guide it was painless.

Go to XD developers and see what types of roms they have so you can start flashing... I use the Zen EXP rom and its great. Its so smooth and no more phone lag, or keyboard lag. Battery life is better too, you might wanna check it out
