rooted AOKP, lost original htc sense nav bar

i rooted my dinc2 the other day, and was messing around with the different settings and some how lost the backlighting to the original dinc2 navbar icons (home, menu, back, and search). they still *work* but they don't light up. i'm new to rooting, and i'm still getting used to it, but i'm completely stumped. any help? =D

Is it a bug listed under whatever build you flashed with AOKP? Sometimes things you flash will "break" the soft keys. But anyways try: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1627847

I decided to removing AOKP, and keep the phone rooted. HTC Sense is phenomenal and I don't really need pretty themes. Thanks for the help!
