rooted Dinc, how to opt out of update?

I have a rooted Dinc, using stock OS. I have this update keep prompting me to reboot and install.

I dont really want to unroot my phone for this update yet.

So I have three questions, how can I "refuse" the update, at least temporarily?

And If my phone dies, crashes or shutsdown... will it automatically start the update?
Assuming that happens, being rooted, will it cause an issue with my phone?
