How can I tell if CWR is on my phone?

followed the instructions for mac users but I'm not sure if it worked...how can I tell?

also...I downloaded super franken clean and the files are on my mac...what next?

there's so much info on here its hard to sort out.

Did you post these questions in the mac thread and not get a response. I don't know anything about using a mac and don't want to give you bad info. As far as being able to tell if you have cwm, you can turn off your phone, hold the volume up, volume down, and power buttons until you see the samsung logo flash for a second time then let go of all three buttons. If you booted to stock blue recovery, hit the volume down button once so apply sdcard:update.zip is highlighted and hit the home soft key. If you switch to a screen with red lettering, it worked. If after the 3 button thing you boot directly to red cwm, it worked.
