Rooted- LG G3 D851.- Sell question!!

I was wondering if I could ask for more money for my rooted LG G3 d851- T-Mobile vs having no root?? I'm currently running Lineage OS 7.1.2 with no flaws at all and I receive OTA Nightly Updates once a week.

It seems to me that anyone who would want a rooted phone knows how to do it him/herself. And anyone who does not know how (or, what root means) is not going to want to pay extra for it.
