Rooted Stock TB, I need the OTA and retain settings and apps

Any updates I've seen wipe the device. I tried this and couldnt restore from a Clockwork backup I made.

What can I use to back up settings and apps to restore to a OTA stock rooted after running the manual update?

You need to flash over the ota yourshelf. I'm sure there's a untuched tbolt rom with just the verizon bootware removed and nothing special. If you want I have a rom I can upload to this site what's the newest stock build rooted. Msg me for more support.
