Rooting a Galaxy Tab4 8.0??

Can't really find a good, proven app to do this. Anyone have any suggestions for a newbie on how to root one of these?

There may not be a root method yet. Everything that I saw was for something other than a Tab 4.

Towelroot worked perfectly for me. It's a one click root. Just Google it and you will find it. Make sure to install SuperSu from the market after root.

Towelroot does not work on newer versions of the software. I used CF Auto Root.

I used Towelroot version 1.0 it's hard to find but if you need it I have it saved on my Google Drive, I'll be happy to send you a link.
