Can you root and flash custom roms on the HTC inspire 4G if you a go phone user versus being on a contractual plan? Also, is their any kind of hack kit.or something that would allow me to get unlimited data instead of having to pay 25 bucks every I want.500 megs of.data

yes u can root it. and no thers no way to get free data if you want it you got to pay for it sorry
