Rotating menu screens hanging up/slow

Does anyone know why sometimes when I swipe across the menu screens they just rotate and spin freely, but usually they just go by one at a time with each quick swipe.

Does anyone know why sometimes when I swipe across the menu screens they just rotate and spin freely, but usually they just go by one at a time with each quick swipe.

That fast scrolling is a normal feature.

That fast scrolling is a normal feature.

I know, but mine usually just goes one screen at a time. I was told that it depends whetehr you use a full or half swipe, but mine often still goes to the next screen.
