I pick this up from ebay " the seller was local " and he explain what happen and i thought is will be a easy fix but now is got me stump so that why i need help this what happen

1.Boot into recovery mode

2.It display just jelly bean 4.1 " without recovery mode "

3.Then is display ANDROID / RED TRIANGLE !

Welcome to Android Central! That'll be tough to figure out, especially since it sounds like a no-name or off-brand Android netbook that probably has minimal or no support and no user community. It may be that the firmware became corrupt, or the OS was completely deleted for some reason. I suspect you'll have a hard time trying to fix it, since it will require you to find the stock firmware for the device, and some way to root the device to install it.
