I know this will sound odd but has anyone been able to run Froyo or Hummingbird on the current Nexus Galaxy? I would like to set my phone up to be a multi-version device for development testing.
I can flash between ICS and Jellybean but I have my doubts about going back to 2.XX

Any input?

I dont think there will be any rom for 2.xx. even the custom rom developers wont bother to develop 2.xx for GN.

you might try to compile a build from ASOP but you might have to do it yourself. not to mention many hardware wont work.

Just not gonna happen because you'd have to build all of the drivers from scratch, which you can't or won't wanna do.

Pick up another cheap device to test Froyo/Gingerbread (wtf is Hummingbird? lol). Or use the SDK emulators.
