Runing out of memory

My Galaxy Tab 2 is giving me a message running out of memory 89% left. Iam also having other problems such as taking a long time to boot up, have a delay typing and displaying on screen. The screen wiww rotate 180 degrees without moving the tablet.
I hope I can get some advice because Iam baffled.
