Running app without GMS

[Android Central Question]

I have a Huawei phone without GMS, problem is all the running apps (Strava, Endomondo...) I checked can't operate without GMS or more specifically can't log my run on a map without GMS.
Would appreciate any help, thank you very much.

You can use the Huawei Health app to track your run and much more its just called "Health" and came preloaded on mine.

You can also use the Huawei Health App. It’s available to download from the Huawei AppGallery and it lets you monitor your health and physical activity.
