Running Honeycomb off SD - Question

I had an SD card laying around and put Android 3.0 (v4) on it for fun. Seems really cool..but I am missing something? Since i'm running it off the SD, can I install apps? I see no file manager to get to APK files. I emailed myself a game apk and it wouldn't install. Is this because I'm running it off an SD and not eMMC?

Some apps can some can't. You can add the market via adb and go from there.

Will adding the market require any changes to the eMMC? Or can it be installed so it just modifies the SD as well, like the actual android 3.0 system?

Read through the sticky thread. Everything installs to and runs from the SD card. So you'll be good to go.

Right, read through that thread and all your questions shall be answered.

BTW, the Honeycomb will run from the SD Card, so adding the market or any other changes will NOT save to the stock Enclair or edit the stock file system. Just make sure you read the instructions completely and understand them before you start.
