Russian language on Samsung Galaxy S7

I buy non operator Samsung S7 phone in Finland. Will I be able to switch it UI to Russian language? I heard that operator locked phones might have limited list of supported languages and it is not possible to select Russian if it is missing. But the phone I buy is not locked to any operator.

It's not so much 'carrier locked' versions as much as regional models. The International version might have more languages than other models, but the truth is they don't include all of them (and yes, you can't download additional ones for the UI unless you flash a custom ROM that includes it). Russian should be included in a model that's intended for that region. If it's intended for, say, Asia, it's unlikely that it'll be an option, even if it's a factory-unlocked version.
