You should be able to go in to settings, application manager, all, and then find the app and hit turn off.

I ended up uninstalling it by accident...now got to find where to download the apk. It's not at the Play Store.

FYI: S health was in setting/ app manager/disabled ...install

You can also install S Health from GALAXY apps store
