S Note app on the S8

Ok, I miss the Snote app on my S8, I have tried to install the APK but it says it is already installed.

Can anyone help, is there anyway to install it?

Unfortunately S-Note has been discontinued and replaced with the horrid, bare-bones, good-for-nothing Samsung Notes.

I was able to backup the version I had on my Note 5/Tab S with Titanium backup and use that APK to side-load it onto my S8. Not sure why you can't install it (unless you're trying to install a Samsung Notes APK).

It sucks that the latest few versions of S-Note, though, removed a very good feature: convert handwriting into text. But even then it's a million times better than Samsung Notes.

I use the apk file for s note and was able to install with no issue. Not sure what's going on with your file.

S Notes came w/my Verizon S8plus. But though a fabric mesh stylus writes without a problem, it's still a crippled feature compared to the Note series.

And I can makes entries on my Note 4 or 5 and transfer them to S Notes on the S8.

You must be thinking of Samsung Notes. Different than the now-defunct-and-sorely-missed S-Note.

All sorted and working fine, including the add-ons.
I prefer pages rather than a constant scroll up, better to organise things.

still wish it had some of the functions of evernote.
