S-Note shape match bug

There seems to be a bug in S-Note that is driving me completely crazy; I'm wondering if any of you have found a solution or know what is causing it.

So, when using the shape match feature, it will randomly delete parts of my note. Former shapes, text, scribbles, all fall prey to the invisible bug monster. I'm drawing at the top right corner and WOOSH, a line at the top left disappears. Sometimes, lines come back from the dead and return to the drawing, also randomly. I really need this feature (one of the main reasons why I got the note) so I would appreciate any help in working around this bug.

I was doodling around trying to see if I could replicate this behavior. The only way that the text seems to disappear is if I try to actually write text with the shape match tool still activated. It then wants to correct my letters into shapes. Otherwise, text seems to stay put.

I know exactly what your're talking about. The 4.1.2 update seems to have fixed it.
There are still bugs with backspacing and writing recognition.

Thanks ChuckeeDroid! I'm in Europe and there is no 4.1.2 yet. Is there any way I can install it manually? I'm stuck with 4.1.0. Thanks!

I flash official firmwares from other regions if they come out before they do in my region. I'm in Canada.

I think you should already harve the 4.1.2
I got it (europe also)
Maybe your setting are not ok (check autoupdate settings)
