S.O.S:nandroid backup help!!

ok im lost, ive done everything in this video at least 5x, an still get the triangle exclamation symbol. i have no clue as to what im doing wrong but there must be something. can anyone help troubleshoot or walk me through another way, i am a very non computer savy person, so i need it kept simple stupid.

and i know someone is going to say "did you use the search button" well no, i didnt. i honestly dont even know what to search for this.
