S pen and battery drain

I use the S pen ALL the time and I bet I get 10 hrs per charge which seems to be average.

Nothing changes for me at all by using the pen.

Thanks. Confused to the S pen settings as it noted the battery saving feature of turning pen off until it is taken out for use.

Have S pen out 95% of time as I use it almost like a mouse, and I still get 10-12 hours of use.
