S-pen case

Soo.....

I'd love to have an S-pen attached to my phone, but the phone is difficult enough for me to handle as it is. I'd actually prefer to have the pen holder on the back of the case.

I wonder if I'm alone in this, and if it is something Samsung explored. Making a case wider makes using the phone harder. The back is already lumpy.

Me too. Or else just carry it separately in the same pocket or a different pocket (maybe with a Smart Tag attached). I never found it particularly convenient to remove the Note pen from its holder. When my S21 stylus arrives today I'll start to experiment.

I just got notification mines coming Monday.

And this is coming from a previous note user.

Good to know. My biggest hesitancy in buying into the whole S-Pen with the Galaxy series was seeing the few cases with S-Pen storage being on the left hand side of of phone. And I'm right handed.

Cases with Spen Slot?

Other than the official ones from Samsung, are there any others?

I would love one from Urban Armor Gear or speck. Supcase would be good too.

I've been carrying the stylus in my right pocket, phone in the left pocket. That's turning out to be even more convenient than extracting a stylus from the Note phones, especially since the external stylus is much larger than the internal ones can afford to be.

As for the missing BT functions, I discovered Samsung has an app for using my watch to control the phone camera. The remote shutter-button control is the only BT stylus capability I used to use with my Notes, so I probably won't bother now to buy a BT stylus when that becomes available for the S21U. I also got a BT remote shutter button that came for free with a $10 tripod phone-mount that I ordered. And it ought to be possible to use the SmartTag button to control the camera, though I don't see any way to do that yet.

I ordered my Spigen Liquid Air S-pen case yesterday. This Samsung silicone case is a lint magnet.

I do like the Samsung S-Pen with the cover. It is a little awkward to hold when taking photos and as previously stated it picks up lint very easily. I was interested in the Spigen case, but would like a kickstand as well.
