You think the S-Pen in the Note 9 is going to include any new tech? Or is is going to simply be more refined, and more accurate than ever?

Lightsaber S-Pen! But in reality I don't think it'll be anything but a refinement, if at all. Not even optimistic about an improvement in precision, but at that screen size, does it even matter? Maybe add motion controls and use as a gaming remote! Here's dreamin'!

I hope they don't let it "die on the vine"... They have something unique and a growing group of people who love it... And incremental changes SUCK. Need to bring back the S-Note functionality they removed...

TBH, I'dike to see it made out of something other than plastic.

I'd like it to be larger if possible. To feel like you're holding a real pen/pencil. At least more than now. it's an odd hand feel as it is now. Short, lightweight, rectangular and with a button in an inconvenient spot.

Off subject: I use my stylus from my Galaxy Book 12 on my Note 8. It's bigger, more comfortable and has a clip to place in a suit pocket.

Major disadvantage: you have to remove S Pen (so don't misplace it.)

Baffling. What we're they thinking?

Turn of power saving in the S-Pen settings menu and your other stylus will work without having to remove the S-Pen to activate

I want tilt and a slightly thicker tip, I liked the thickness of the note 5 tip, note 8 is too thin IMO.

Just don't use ordinary plastic when making it. My Note 8 pen broke after 4 months of use and half of it remained stucked in the phone.

That would have been more funny last year, in the lead up to the Note 8 release.
This years in joke are around the rumors of a possible notch, or if it will have the same camera as the S9 plus, or the front underscreen fingerprint sensor. Frankly I would look forward to the possibility that Samsung can include their new graphene based battery technology into the Note 9 as a demonstration of its viability.
