S Pen issues

So after the security update my spen is having issues. When I detach my pen the air command pop up doesn't come up anymore and the button on the pen doesn't do anything.

Everything is turned on under the spen menu on. Help!!!!!

Does the S Pen work with S Note, or using it to navigate around the phone? You could try to turn Off all of the S Pen settings, restart the phone, and then turn S Pen settings back to On. Toggling them may help.
