I'm not too happy about the fact that Samsung only gives us 2 replacement nibs, but when I went to try changing my nib, I couldn't get it out using their tool and even damaged my original nib in the process.

I saw a close up photo of the tweezer tool, and mine is clearly manufactured wrong. The gap in my tool is way too large for it to work.

Normal tweezers also don't work because it will slide off the plastic and likely **** up your soft nib in the process. Nail clippers, used gently, would be my recommendation, as the blade will be able to cut into the plastic (of the nib body, not the tip, and only slightly) and actually get it out.

They probably screwed up and put the old style of that tool in there, the S Pen tips used to be larger and the tool for them has a larger hole and slightly different design.
