S pen problems PLEASE HELP!

[Android Central Question]

So my daughter spill something on my tablet, ruined the screen, major fix! I didn't have the money to get it fixed so it sat for about 6 months b4 I finally took it into the shop. The screen was replaced and boards were cleaned. Got it back and I can't get the S pen to work at all. I even bought a new one and it doesnt work either. Do they need charged? If so how do I do that? I love using the spen for notes and songs and I would really like to start using it again! Please help!!

Which tablet ? Have you mentioned this to the repair shop that did the work?

It sounds to me like the screen was replaced by a non-genuine part without the wacom-compatible screen

The S Pen relies on hardware within the screen to function, it sounds like a problem with the display that was installed.
