Ok, ... I just got off the phone with Samsung support, ... Nightmare to say the least, but I'll get to that the end of the post.
Basically they told me what everyone says when they don't know crap, ... Factory Reset!
Well considering the first (2) I got were defective as they could connect to a router, ... but not the servers, so I told him that if I have to do a factory reset within the first week of purchasing it and their are (2) returns prior to this call, ... ** IN ONE WEEK **, ... the only resetting will be resetting my wallet to it's original amount before wasting my $488.00 on their obviously not ready for prime time junk.
Another reason it's going back, ... Their customer service. After talking with (5) DIFFERENT people and every freaking one of them wants your phone #, name, and what product their calling about. I'm sorry, ... but if their computer system cannot keep track of that, ... that last thing I should be doing is buying anything resembling a computer from them, ...
