I am so frustrated with Samsung's SPen!

I purchased my phone in September 2019 and not long after my S Pen started falling out. In January 2020 it finally fell out and I lost it. I have called Samsung's customer service and they are NO HELP!!

I can't tell if I need a new SPen or a new phone because again Samsung has been NO HELP!!!

Can someone please tell me how to solve this problem of Samsung not helping me use a brand new phone's features I just purchased?

I am so upset that...
iPhone is my next purchase if this does not get resolved!!
 
nobody here cares if you buy an iphone. a lot of member have one. where did you get the phone? when you put in the pen, does it snap in? get a new s-pen or take it to a local store and show them. maybe they can help with samsung.
 
So you waited until you lost the pen before doing anything about it?

I don't see a reason any company would replace something the customer lost.
 
I understand your frustrations but it is not Samsung's fault that you didn't do anything about the spen situation until it was lost.

You should take your phone to your carrier's store and try a new spen to find out if the problem is/was the pen or the phone (they should let you try one from the display note once you explain the situation). If the pen from the store works then you can order a new pen. If the phone is the problem then you might have some grounds to ask either Samsung or your carrier ( whomever you bought the phone from) for a replacement.
