So yesterday I had a s-planner notification go off and pressed some button in my pocket. When I got my phone out it said that it muted notification sounds. How is that even possible on the notification screen? I tired to reconstruct it and pressed everything on my phone while an alarm got off but I only can change the volume of my ringtone.
And now I can't get s-planner notification to make any noise. In the sound settings s-planer really was set to mute and I set it back to my old notification sound but it just doesn't make any sound anymore. All other sounds still work and vibrating on the alarm does as well.
It's a Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3.
