S planner sync

I'm having a real problemwith syncing the S planner on my note 10.1 with the one on my S3. I use mycalendar and I've checked the sync settings, but I cannot get it to work. I've used the google calendar before, and even that won't sync, even though it's correctly set up. Please help?! It has no problem syncing to facebook :/

Have you made sure that the phone and tablet are using the same Google account?
