S Voice not working??

My S Voice isn't working. When I click on the mic, it instantly says " I didn't hear that. Please say it again." I press the button and the same thing happens again. No chance to say anything. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Go into settings, then app management find a voice click on it then select clear data sorry I know someone else could have made it less confusing
