S Voice & Okay Google problems

S Voice and Ok Google will not respond to voice activation. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both application, but to no avail.
Any ideas?

Which device do you have? The two apps might be conflicting with each other. Try disabling one of them. Or make sure Google Now is not set to have Ok Google available on every screen.
