S10 - Android 10 can't change notifications sounds

Is anyone else seeing this?

Since the Android 10 upgrade I am no longer able to select a custom notification sound. I am able to use the stock ones, but when I go to change it there is no option to choose another folder for picking the sound. This works fine for ring tones though. I have the sounds I want in the correct folder on the internal storage.

And yes, I have done everything short of factory resetting the phone. That was done with the 10 beta program. I had posted the defect numerous times in the Beta forums, but never was addressed by Samsung.
