Got my first indication today that the update was more than security patch when I used PowerShare with my Galaxy Watch, and found that there is now a physical indicator light by the heart rate monitor that lights up when you charge another device with your phone. Pretty nifty!

It's not in the system settings. It's in the camera settings. First option.
