s10e block call

My s10e no longer will block calls unless i use the cumbersome active armor which drains my battery if working.

just blocking as I receive a junk call, unfortunately some of my Dr's office/test come thru as spam or unknown.

I'm afraid I won't be able to test the specifics on an S10e. Maybe @mustang7757 might know. Also, it may help to know if you got this phone directly from a carrier, and also which carrier you're currently using it on, because sometimes the carrier will disable certain features and add their own.

Active Armor is from AT&T. I wonder if AT&T blocks the native Samsung call blocking on its branded phones.
